Event and conference marketing

Fill the room. Then keep them.

An event is not a day on the calendar. It is a campaign with a before, a during and an after. We handle all three: the promotion that sells the tickets, the presence that makes your brand impossible to miss on the day, and the follow-up that turns a handshake into a customer. No hype, no jargon, no bullshit.

Ticket sales and patron growth  ·  Pre-event, on-site and follow-up  ·  No lock-in contracts  ·  Perth-based, remote Australia-wide

Every move matters

Showing up is not a strategy.

Most event budgets go on the venue and the stand, with promotion bolted on at the last minute. Then the room is half full, the leads sit in a spreadsheet, and nobody follows up. We plan the whole arc, so the event pays for itself in patrons, ticket sales and relationships that last well after pack-down.

Pre-event promotion

Campaigns that build anticipation and sell tickets: email, social, ads and partnerships, all pointing at one clear booking path.

Ticketing and landing pages

A page that explains the event in plain English and makes buying a ticket the obvious next step, with tracking so you know what sold them.

On the day

Signage, print, social coverage and on-site promotions that keep your brand front and centre from the door to the last session.

Follow-up that converts

Recaps, thank-yous, content from the day and a clear next step for every attendee, so the relationship outlives the event.

How we work

No mystery. Four honest steps.

You’ll always understand what you’re paying for and why. If you don’t know what you’re paying for, we haven’t done our job.

01

Set the goal

Ticket sales, sponsor value, leads or all three. We agree on the number that matters before we spend a dollar promoting anything.

02

Build the run-up

A promotion plan working back from event day: the offer, the audience, the channels and the booking path, with a landing page that converts.

03

Own the day

Print, signage, social coverage and on-site promotions, planned so nothing is left to the morning of.

04

Follow up

Content and email in the week after, plus a clear next step for every contact, so the leads do not go cold.

Conferences, launches, workshops and community events

Built for the way people actually decide to attend.

People commit late, share what looks good, and come back to brands that made the day easy. We plan around that, from the first announcement to the post-event recap, and we measure it: tickets sold, seats filled, sponsors kept, leads followed up.

Business events  Conferences, industry days and networking events where the goal is leads and reputation.

Ticketed events  Launches, workshops and shows where the number that matters is bums on seats.

Sponsors and partners  Packages and promotion that make sponsors feel seen, so they come back next year.

Local and national  Perth-based, with campaigns that reach interstate audiences when the event calls for it.

Straight answers

Event marketing questions, answered honestly

If yours is not here, ask us directly. A human will answer within 48 hours.

How far out should we start promoting?

For a ticketed event, six to eight weeks is comfortable; twelve is better for a conference. We can move faster than that, but the earlier we start, the cheaper each ticket is to sell.

Do you handle the ticketing platform?

We set up and manage the booking path on whichever platform suits the event (Humanitix, Eventbrite, TryBooking or your own site) and track where sales come from.

Can you be there on the day?

In Perth, yes. Elsewhere in Australia, we plan the on-site material and coverage with your team and can travel when it makes sense.

Do you lock me into a contract?

No. Event work is scoped per event, with clear pricing up front and no ongoing commitment. Plenty of clients come back for the next one because it worked, not because they had to.

What if we have never run an event before?

That is fine. We have. Book a call and we will give you an honest read on whether the event is worth running, and what it would take to fill it.
